AI工业大脑维护规则

1. 当 src/views/aiIndustrialBrain/index.vue 新增智能体（agents）逻辑时，必须同步确认弹窗助手可用性。
2. 弹窗助手由 src/components/AIChatSidebar/assistants/index.js 的 assistantRegistry 统一注册。
3. 新增智能体的 key 若要在弹窗中可用，必须在 assistantRegistry 中提供同名配置。
4. 未在 assistantRegistry 注册的智能体会在弹窗中显示为 pending（开发中）态。
