feat(hrm): 考勤规则支持地图定位打卡

- 考勤规则新增打卡地点、地址、WGS84 经纬度、半径与坐标系配置
- 新增百度地图选点组件，支持搜索地址、定位当前位置、点击选点
- 打卡时采集 GPS 并提交，提示与打卡地点距离
- 未启用定位的规则保留原文本打卡；接口兼容旧版 location 参数
