fix(mdm): 物料列表改按物料编码排序

- 分页排序去掉先按物料分类(category_id)分组，改为纯按物料编码 code 升序；原来同一分类的物料才挨在一起，跨分类看编码是乱序
- 配套数据调整：mdm_item 创建时间已按编码顺序重排，仅落在 2026-09-17 / 09-18 两天（改前快照见 backups/mom-hm-mdm-item-create-time-20261015/）
