feat(financial): 添加总账年度汇总功能

feat(financial): 添加总账年度汇总功能

- 在FinLedgerRowVo中添加@JsonInclude注解以排除空值
- 修改getGeneralLedger方法返回年度汇总行而非明细行
- 新增buildGeneralLedgerTotalRow方法计算年度汇总数据
- 实现期初余额、本期借方贷方及期末余额的计算逻辑
- 添加年结行类型标识和余额方向判断功能
