feat(ai): 为AI工业大脑增加生产助手及制造数据结构化展示功能

- 新增生产助手配置及注册机制,支持弹窗助手可用性
- 实现制造数据结构化解析与渲染,包括概览、计划、工单、设备、质量、物料等
- 添加制造预警看板展示及办理建议执行功能
- 集成制造分析结果的表格、指标、预警等组件化展示
- 完善助手工作区动态助手加载及待办处理逻辑
- 建立制造领域专用字段标签映射及格式化工具
- 增加制造动作卡片执行确认及参数校验机制
