feat(采购/销售台账): 将价格和数量精度从2位改为3位小数

feat(采购/销售台账): 将价格和数量精度从2位改为3位小数

- 修改calculateTaxExclusiveTotalPrice和calculateTaxIncludeTotalPrice函数，增加precision参数
- 更新采购台账和销售台账中的所有表单字段，将precision从2改为3
- 调整表格显示格式化和合计计算，确保3位小数精度一致
- 修复相关计算函数，传递正确的精度参数
